Heb jij een bachelor of master in een bouwtechnische richting, een sterk technisch inzicht én commerciële feeling? Wil je projecten van dichtbij leren kennen en op termijn doorgroeien naar een functie met meer klantencontact en werfbezoeken? Dan is deze functie een mooie kans om jouw technische kennis te combineren met commercieel talent.

Voor een specialist in de verhuur en verkoop van bekistingssystemen zoeken we een Technisch-Commercieel Medewerker. Zowel ervaren kandidaten als ambitieuze schoolverlaters met een bachelor- of masterdiploma in de bouw zijn welkom.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent een belangrijke technische en commerciële schakel tussen de klant, de interne studiedienst en de werf.
  • Je behandelt technische vragen van klanten over bekistingsmateriaal en bekistingsoplossingen
  • Je analyseert de behoefte van de klant en zoekt naar de meest geschikte technische oplossing
  • Je werkt samen met het interne team aan bekistingsplannen in 2D, 3D en BIM
  • Je maakt technisch onderbouwde offertes en oplossingen op maat
  • Je volgt zowel kleinere aanvragen als complexe en langdurige bouwprojecten op
  • Je onderhoudt bestaande klantenrelaties en detecteert nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten
  • Naarmate je groeit in de functie, neem je meer verantwoordelijkheid op rond prospectie, werfbezoeken en projectopvolging
  • Je krijgt de kans om door te groeien van een technisch-commerciële binnendienstfunctie naar een functie in de buitendienst

We zoeken vooral iemand met technisch inzicht, commerciële feeling en veel goesting om zich te verdiepen in de wereld van bekistingen.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een bouwtechnische richting
  • Ook schoolverlaters zijn van harte welkom
  • Een opleiding bouwkunde, bouw, houttechnologie of een gelijkaardige richting sluit uitstekend aan
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en communiceert vlot met klanten
  • Je bent niet bang om je vast te bijten in technisch uitdagende en complexe projecten
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en verschillende interne afdelingen
  • Je hebt interesse in projectleiding, werfleiding en klantencontact
  • Je vindt het leuk om klanten en werven te bezoeken
  • Ervaring in de bouwsector of met bekistingssystemen is een plus, maar zeker geen must
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
