Ben jij een krak in elektriciteit en deel je jouw expertise graag met professionele installateurs? Voor de Belgische marktleider in de distributie van elektrotechnisch materiaal zoeken wij een gedreven Technisch-Commercieel Medewerker voor de regio Oudenaarde.

In deze rol maak je deel uit van een internationale groep en ben je de technische rechterhand voor klanten in de tertiaire sector (kantoren, retail, zorg, etc.).

Onder de vleugels van de Product Support Manager zorg jij voor de perfecte behandeling van klantvragen, zowel technisch als commercieel.

  • Direct Klantencontact: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten in de industriële sector, waarbij je vragen beantwoordt via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Technisch Advies: Je analyseert complexe vraagstukken binnen de industriële markt en voorziet klanten van deskundig advies op maat.
  • Commerciële Drive: Je zet jouw commerciële talent in om nieuwe producten, diensten en innovatieve oplossingen voor te stellen, waarbij je lopende promoties actief promoot.
  • Behoeftenanalyse: Je brengt de noden van de klant nauwkeurig in kaart en vertaalt deze naar passende technische voorstellen.
  • Dossierbeheer: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige administratieve en technische opvolging van offertes en bestellingen.
  • Sales Support: Je vormt een team met de externe vertegenwoordigers en ondersteunt hen bij zowel commerciële als technische uitdagingen.
  • Continu Leren: Je volgt regelmatig opleidingen om je expertise over de nieuwste producten en markttrends in de tertiaire sector up-to-date te houden.
  • Samenwerking: Je schakelt vlot met collega’s van verschillende afdelingen om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.

Jouw profiel;

  • Opleiding: Je hebt een technische opleiding in elektriciteit genoten of hebt relevante ervaring in de sector 2 tot 5 jaar.
  • Skills: Je kan technische problemen analyseren en vertalen naar concrete oplossingen.
  • Digitaliteit: Je werkt vlot met de pc en digitale platformen.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je bent een klantgerichte teamplayer die commerciële kansen ziet en grijpt.
  • Locatie: Je woont in de regio en bent bereid te werken vanuit Oudenaarde.
