Dit bedrijf is actief in de bouwsector en levert op maat gemaakte oplossingen voor zowel zakelijke als particuliere klanten. Je werkt in een moderne omgeving met de nieuwste technologieën en materialen, waaronder koper, aluminium en zink. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het commercieel adviseren van klanten, het opstellen van offertes en het opvolgen van bestellingen. Je zorgt voor een vlotte organisatie, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de producten en diensten en werkt samen met je collega’s om de beste resultaten te behalen. Dankzij jouw technische affiniteit en commerciële ingesteldheid weet je de klant optimaal te ondersteunen en de klanttevredenheid te garanderen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Ondersteunen van de filiaalverantwoordelijke bij de dagelijkse werking aan de balie
  • Klanten helpen met de glimlach en voorzien van technisch advies
  • Opstellen van offertes, zorgen voor een correcte orderverwerking en facturatie
  • Bestellingen opvolgen en indien nodig je collega’s van het magazijn helpen
  • Je kunt terugblikken op een eerste ervaring en hebt een passie voor de bouwsector die je verder wilt ontwikkelen
  • Ervaring met een heftruck is essentieel om de logistieke processen efficiënt te ondersteunen
  • Je bent klantgericht en service-minded, met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een commerciële flair die je in staat stelt om klanten optimaal te adviseren en te ondersteunen
  • Als echte teamspeler neem je initiatief, werk je flexibel en hands-on en pas je je snel aan nieuwe programma’s en tools aan
