Heb jij een commerciële instelling én een interesse in de bouwsector? Hou je van klantencontact en geef je graag technisch advies? Dan is deze functie als iets voor jou.

Als Technisch Commercieel Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je voor een vlotte dienstverlening van offerte tot levering.

Jouw taken:

  • Ontvangen en adviseren van klanten aan de balie en telefonisch.
  • Beantwoorden van technische vragen en meedenken over de meest geschikte oplossingen.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes.
  • Correct verwerken van bestellingen en administratieve dossiers.
  • Opmaken van facturen en opvolgen van leveringen.
  • Ondersteunen van de filiaalverantwoordelijke bij de dagelijkse werking.
  • Nauw samenwerken met het magazijn en collega's ondersteunen tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Mee bijdragen aan een positieve werksfeer en een uitstekende klantenservice.
  • Indien nodig meehelpen in het magazijn en werken met een hef- of reachtruck.
  • Minstens een eerste relevante ervaring heeft binnen een commerciële functie of bij een distributeur in de bouwsector.
  • Kennis heeft van dak- en gevelmaterialen of een sterke affiniteit heeft met de bouwsector.
  • Klantgericht is en commercieel denkt.
  • Vlot communiceert en technisch advies duidelijk kan overbrengen.
  • Het overzicht bewaart, ook tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Graag samenwerkt en collega's ondersteunt waar nodig.
  • Initiatief neemt en een hands-on mentaliteit heeft.
  • Flexibel is en houdt van een gevarieerd takenpakket.
  • Vlot met de computer werkt. Ervaring met ERP-systemen zoals SAP, Navision of AS400 is een sterke troef.
  • Ervaring heeft met een heftruck en/of reachtruck. Heb je nog geen attest? Dan krijg je de mogelijkheid om dit te behalen.
