Het betreft een organisatie met een combinatie van productie- en projectmatige activiteiten, waar de financiële afdeling een belangrijke rol speelt in het beheersen en inzichtelijk maken van de bedrijfsvoering. De organisatie is volop in ontwikkeling en werkt aan het verder professionaliseren van haar financiële processen. Dit biedt een interessante werkomgeving voor een financial die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, kritisch meekijkt en zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen finance & control. De bedrijfscultuur is informeel en praktisch ingesteld. Er zijn korte lijnen, collega's weten elkaar gemakkelijk te vinden en eigen initiatief wordt gewaardeerd. Over de functie In deze functie combineer je commercieel inzicht met technisch meedenken. Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten die op zoek zijn naar een passende hijsoplossing en weet hun wensen te vertalen naar een concreet voorstel. Je stelt offertes op voor zowel bestaande producten als klantspecifieke oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat deze tijdig worden opgevolgd. Daarbij adviseer je over productspecificaties en denk je actief mee over de beste oplossing voor de klant. Om tot een goed voorstel te komen, schakel je regelmatig met collega's van engineering en productie. Samen beoordeel je of een aanvraag technisch uitvoerbaar is en welke levertijd daarbij hoort. Zodra een opdracht binnenkomt, zorg je voor een correcte verwerking in het ERP-systeem en houd je de voortgang van de order in de gaten.
