The posting

Als Sales Guide begeleid je klanten vanaf hun eerste contact met Climatrix tot de overdracht van hun project naar onze engineeringafdeling. Je combineert technische expertise met een klantgerichte en commerciële aanpak. Concreet betekent dit dat jij:

· Klanten begeleidt vanaf de eerste aanvraag en hun behoeften grondig analyseert.

· Met jouw technische kennis klanten adviseert over de meest geschikte oplossing voor hun project en steeds proactief meedenkt.

· Alle nodige informatie verzamelt om een technisch correcte en volledige offerte uit te werken.

· Offertes opstelt voor zowel particuliere woningen als grotere projecten, waarbij je plannen en lastenboeken analyseert.

· Klanten professioneel opvolgt en vragen beantwoordt gedurende het volledige offertetraject.

· De administratieve flow van dossiers nauwgezet beheert en zorgt voor een vlotte, heldere en klantvriendelijke communicatie.

· Na akkoord het dossier volledig overdraagt aan de engineeringafdeling, zodat zij het project verder kunnen uitwerken.

Je combineert een sterke technische interesse met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Je weet technische materie helder uit te leggen en bouwt vlot een vertrouwensrelatie op met klanten.

Je haalt energie uit klantcontact en vindt het leuk om klanten te adviseren en te begeleiden naar de juiste oplossing.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en weet technische informatie om te zetten in duidelijke en correcte offertes.

Je bent vlot met MS Office en beschikt over een basiskennis Frans.

Klantgerichtheid, verantwoordelijkheid en betrokkenheid zitten in jouw DNA.

Je denkt vooruit, bewaart het overzicht en neemt initiatief om opportuniteiten te benutten of problemen te voorkomen.

Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving en werkt graag samen met collega's om tot het beste resultaat te komen.

Jouw technische inzicht, leergierigheid en klantgerichte mindset spelen een belangrijke rol in het uitoefenen van jouw functie.
