In deze rol op de serviceafdeling vertaal je klantvragen wereldwijd naar scherpe offertes voor onderdelen, service en onderhoudscontracten. Je duikt diep in de technische inhoud, vraagt door als iets onduidelijk is en bewaakt de commerciële marge én de voortgang totdat de deal rond is. Je begeleidt het volledige offertetraject voor servicewerkzaamheden, reserveonderdelen en Service Level Agreements. - Je beoordeelt klantvragen op inhoud en stelt scherpe offertes op met een goede marge. - Je volgt uitstaande offertes zelf op en bespreekt prijzen en levertijden met internationale klanten. - Je stemt af met Engineering over de techniek en met Supply Chain over prijzen en beschikbaarheid. - Je zoekt naar slimmere alternatieven als onderdele...
