Je combineert technische kennis met uitstekende verkoopvaardigheden om klanten te adviseren over producten en oplossingen die voldoen aan hun behoeften. Daarnaast ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen en draag je bij aan het versterken van klantrelaties door het leveren van hoogwaardige service. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Verlenen van technische ondersteuning aan klanten via telefoon, e-mail en andere communicatiekanalen. - Adviseren van klanten over technische specificaties, producttoepassingen en op maat gemaakte oplossingen. - Actief meedenken met klanten om hun behoeften te begrijpen en passende producten of diensten aan te bieden. - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes, waarbij je rekening houdt met technische en commerciële aspecten. - Samenwerken met het sales team om verkoopkansen te identificeren en te benutten. - Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van verkoop- en marketingmateriaal met technische inhoud. - Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met klanten door regelmatig contact en follow-up. - Registreren van klantinteracties en relevante informatie in het CRM-systeem voor rapportage en analyse.
