Ben jij een technisch commercieel medewerker die gedreven is om klantgerichte oplossingen te bieden? Zoek je een uitdagende rol binnen een dynamische organisatie? Dan hebben wij de ideale kans voor jou!

  • Kun jij technische informatie helder en begrijpelijk vertalen voor klanten?
  • Heb je ervaring met het opstellen van werkorders en het beheren van onderdelen?
  • Ben jij continu op zoek naar manieren om de klantbeleving te verbeteren?

In jouw rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Ondersteuning bieden aan zowel de binnen- als buitendienst om onze klanten de beste service te garanderen.
  • Klanten adviseren via telefoon en aan de balie over technische zaken.
  • Het opstellen en voorbereiden van werkorders voor onze technici.
  • Communicatie onderhouden met klanten over onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden.
  • Bestellen, ontvangen en beheren van onderdelen om een continue service te waarborgen.
  • Oplossen van technische vraagstukken en garantiegevallen in samenwerking met leveranciers.
  • Indien nodig, zelf onderhoud en reparaties uitvoeren.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Een technische achtergrond, bij voorkeur met een relevant diploma.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een technisch-commerciële rol.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands en goede Engelse taalvaardigheden.
  • Kennis van MS Office en sterke administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om verschillende taken op te pakken.
  • Een sterke klantgerichtheid gecombineerd met goed commercieel inzicht en technische kennis.
  • Een representatief en professioneel voorkomen is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
