Voor een internationale onderneming gespecialiseerd in innovatieve technische totaaloplossingen zijn wij op zoek naar een Technisch-Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst.

In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je technische expertise met commerciële ondersteuning. Je bent de schakel tussen klanten, accountmanagers en interne afdelingen en werkt mee aan de uitwerking van kwalitatieve projectvoorstellen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je analyseert de technische behoeften van klanten en vertaalt deze naar een passende oplossing.
  • Je werkt technische projectvoorstellen en berekeningen uit.
  • Je stelt offertes op en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je ondersteunt de buitendienst tijdens het volledige commerciële traject.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, studiebureaus, installateurs en andere projectpartners.
  • Je begeleidt projecten van offertefase tot overdracht naar de uitvoering.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van projecten en klantendossiers.
  • Je verstrekt technisch advies en denkt actief mee over efficiënte en duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring, bij voorkeur in een technische richting.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en interesse in elektrotechnische of bouwtechnische toepassingen.
  • Ervaring in een technisch-commerciële binnendienstfunctie is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent administratief sterk.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office; ervaring met CAD- of calculatiesoftware is een meerwaarde.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Kennis van Engels is een pluspunt.
