Heb jij een passie voor techniek en vind je het leuk om klanten te adviseren en te helpen bij technische vraagstukken? In de rol van Technical Sales ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten met technische vragen over ons product. Je schakelt snel tussen telefonisch advies, online ondersteuning en - als het nodig is - een bezoek op locatie bij de klant (voornamelijk binnen Europa). Je werkt nauw samen met het Sales- en R&D-team en bent de verbindende schakel tussen klant en organisatie. Samen met je collega's houd je de marktontwikkelingen scherp in de gaten en deel je deze inzichten binnen het team. Naast het beantwoorden van klantvragen, los je problemen op en denk je mee over procesverbeteringen. Je rapporteert aan de Technical Sales Manager en krijgt de kans om veel te leren en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Je bezoekt klanten ongeveer één tot twee keer per maand internationaal.
