Wat ga je doen? Als technisch commercieel medewerker binnendienst ben je de spil tussen de klant en de afdelingen verkoop, calculatie, planning en werkvoorbereiding. Jij zorgt dat jouw klanten optimaal tevreden zijn over de dienstverlening. Je bent hun 1e aanspreekpunt en sparringpartner op het gebied van techniek. Je verzorgt o.a. een correcte en snelle offerte- en orderafhandeling, je neemt klachten aan en handelt deze af en je beantwoordt vragen over levertijden en productievoortgang. Met jouw technische kennis en inzicht kun jij de klant optimaal van dienst zijn.

Je werkt samen met 8 collega's op de binnendienst en met 4 salesmanagers buitendienst. Dagelijks heb je veel contacten met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s van verschillende afdelingen.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

- 1e aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ze voorzien van technisch advies - Toezien op de kwaliteit en compleetheid van de aangeleverde informatie - Het invoeren en begeleiden van offertes - Klachtaanname en afhandeling - Het verwerken van orders en offertes in het ERP-systeem

Wat bieden wij? - Dit betreft een procedure op basis van Werving & Selectie. Dat betekent dat je direct bij onze opdrachtgever in dienst komt en start met een jaarcontract; - Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens CAO Houtverwerkende Industrie met 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld, reiskostenvergoeding en pensioenregeling volgens BPFV; - Een salaris afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring tussen € 3.000,- en € 4.200,- bruto per maand; - Een goed inwerkprogramma; - Functie voor 32-40 uur met flexibele werktijden en goede werk-privébalans; - Volop ruimte om te leren en door te groeien; - Gezonde organisatie met een prettige, informele werksfeer en veel aandacht
