The posting

Als Technisch Commercieel Medewerker ben je de schakel tussen de klant, de interne organisatie en de productievloer. Je verwerkt aanvragen en orders, maar kijkt ook verder: klopt alles technisch, is de planning haalbaar en weet de werkplaats precies wat er moet gebeuren?

Je bent regelmatig op de productievloer te vinden om zaken af te stemmen met collega's. Wanneer er tijdens het productieproces iets verandert of niet volgens plan verloopt, wacht je niet af maar kom je zelf met een oplossing.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Verwerken van aanvragen en orders;

- Opstellen van pakbonnen en andere orderdocumentatie;

- Controleren van technische specificaties en ordergegevens;

- Afstemmen van de planning en voortgang met collega's in de werkplaats;

- Zorgen dat alle informatie compleet is voordat een order in productie gaat;

- Bewaken van de voortgang van orders;

- Klanten actief informeren over de status van hun opdracht;

- Signaleren en bespreken van afwijkingen en waar nodig direct een alternatief voorstellen;

- Schakelen tussen klanten, leveranciers en collega's op de productievloer;

- Meedenken over efficiëntere en slimmere werkwijzen;

- Ondersteunen bij diverse organisatorische en administratieve werkzaamheden.

Je bent daarmee een belangrijke schakel in het proces van aanvraag tot eindproduct.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat. Je bent niet afwachtend, maar neemt initiatief en spreekt collega's en klanten gemakkelijk aan wanneer dat nodig is. Je voelt je prettig in een productieomgeving en vindt het juist leuk om regelmatig de werkvloer op te gaan.

Je beschikt over:

- Mbo+ of hbo werk- en denkniveau;

- Ervaring binnen een technische of productieomgeving;

- Affiniteit met metaalbewerking; technische kennis van metaal is een duidelijke pré;

- Het vermogen om technische informatie en orders nauwkeurig te controleren;

- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
