Als technisch commercieel medewerker rolluiken-screens ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je helpt hen telefonisch of ter plaatse met al hun vragen over het productgamma. Je geeft technisch advies over programmatie en automatisatie en zorgt ervoor dat elke klant vlot verder geholpen wordt.

Op een gemiddelde dag beantwoord je klantvragen, ondersteun je bij technische issues en geef je advies op maat. Je maakt offertes op, verwerkt bestellingen en zorgt dat de dienst-na-verkoop efficiënt verloopt. Daarnaast ondersteun je het salesteam met jouw technische kennis.

  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan je uitdrukken in het Frans

  • Je hebt een technische feeling, ervaring met schrijnwerk, zonwering of rolluiken is een plus
  • Je kan goed werken met courante softwarepakketten
  • Je hebt minstens hoger secundair onderwijs of een bachelor (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is mooi meegenomen
