Techniek, calculatie en commerciële opvolging komen samen in deze functie als Technisch Commercieel Projectleider in Oostende, binnen de sector van brandweer- en hulpverleningsdiensten.

Je komt terecht in een technische omgeving die gespecialiseerde voertuigen en oplossingen voor hulpverleningsdiensten realiseert.

Van bestek tot offerte: je werkt technische voorstellen en kostprijsberekeningen uit en ondersteunt aanbestedingen en overheidsopdrachten. Daarbij vertaal je klantvragen naar haalbare oplossingen en volg je commerciële dossiers administratief en technisch op.

Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen. Samen met de zaakvoerder ondersteun je commerciële opportuniteiten en onderhandelingen, terwijl je deadlines, rendabiliteit en haalbaarheid mee bewaakt.

  • Je zorgt voor een correcte overdracht van dossiers aan de uitvoering en projectteams.
  • Je krijgt ruimte om je dossiers zelfstandig op te volgen en initiatief te nemen.

Deze rol past bij iemand die graag technische inhoud en commerciële dossiers met elkaar verbindt.

  • Een technische achtergrond vormt voor jou een stevige basis; een bachelor- of masteropleiding sluit daar goed bij aan.
  • Projectwerk, calculaties en offertebeheer voelen voor jou als vertrouwd terrein.
  • Je analyseert informatie zorgvuldig en houdt oog voor nauwkeurigheid in je werk.
  • Technische informatie vertaal je helder naar voorstellen die anderen meteen begrijpen, met een klantgerichte commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot, neemt initiatief en brengt structuur aan. Ervaring met aanbestedingen of complexe technische dossiers, kennis van ERP- of CRM-systemen en 3D-tekenen of 3D-software zijn mooie troeven.
