Als Technisch-Commercieel Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van projecten van offerte tot oplevering.

Je analyseert lastenboeken en klantaanvragen en vertaalt deze naar technisch en commercieel onderbouwde offertes. Je adviseert klanten (voornamelijk brandweer en hulpdiensten), werkt calculaties uit en onderhandelt over prijs en voorwaarden.

Naast de verkoop sta je in voor de verdere opvolging van het project. Je bewaakt planning, budget en kwaliteit en stemt af met interne afdelingen. Je blijft aanspreekpunt voor de klant en zorgt voor een correcte uitvoering van het dossier.

Je bouwt kennis op uit gerealiseerde projecten en gebruikt deze om toekomstige offertes en dossiers verder te optimaliseren.

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma vereist
  • Rijbewijs B om klanten te bezoeken
  • Ervaring met projectopvolging en afstemming tussen verschillende afdelingen
  • Klantbehoeften kunnen analyseren en vertalen naar haalbare oplossingen
  • Technische en financiële oplossingen ontwikkelen in offertes en bestekken
  • Onderhandelingsvaardigheden om met klanten tot goede afspraken te komen
  • Oog voor detail bij het opvolgen van projectvoortgang en contracten
