🏠 Waar kom je terecht? Ben jij een hands-on leider die zich thuis voelt in een industriële omgeving? Voor een dynamisch Klasse 1 bedrijf in Olen, gespecialiseerd in industriële reiniging en afvaltransporten, zoeken wij een gedreven Technisch Commercieel Projectleider.

🛠️ Jouw dag als Technisch Commercieel Projectleider In deze rol ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen de klant en de uitvoering. Je bent veel op de baan en organiseert je eigen agenda voor een optimaal resultaat. Jouw dag ziet er als volgt uit:

  • Relatiebeheer & Business Development: Je onderhoudt contacten met bestaande klanten en speurt proactief naar nieuwe kansen om je netwerk uit te breiden.
  • Expertise ter plaatse: Je voert werfbezoeken en -inspecties uit om de situatie perfect in kaart te brengen.
  • Projectvoorbereiding: Je voert werkanalyses uit voor toekomstige opdrachten en stelt de bijbehorende materiaallijsten op.
  • Calculatie: Je maakt scherpe offertes op en zorgt na afloop van de werken voor een nauwkeurige nacalculatie.
  • Opstart & Opvolging: Als vroege vogel sta je paraat bij de opstart van de werf om alles in goede banen te leiden.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie en bent sterk in projectbeheer.
  • Ervaring in een industriële omgeving is een grote troef.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met cijfers, specifiek voor kostprijsberekeningen.
  • Je bent flexibel qua jobinhoud en werkuren (vroege opstart schrikt je niet af).
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende sociale vaardigheden: je bent een onderhandelaar, assertief en kunt relativeren wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je bent bereid om deel te nemen aan een beurtsysteem voor weekendpermanentie (ongeveer om de 8 weken).
