Bij onze klant combineer je jouw technische kennis met je commerciële feeling. Als technisch-commercieel shopmedewerker ben je het aanspreekpunt voor professionals uit de bouwsector en particuliere (ver)bouwers. Met jouw expertise, klantgerichte aanpak en enthousiasme help je hen bij het kiezen van kwaliteitsvol gereedschap en betrouwbare materialen van sterke merken.

Wat wordt jouw rol?

  • Je verwelkomt klanten met een glimlach en zorgt voor een aangename winkelervaring.
  • Je geeft deskundig technisch advies en helpt klanten bij het kiezen van de juiste producten.
  • Je denkt proactief mee met de klant en zoekt naar oplossingen die aansluiten bij hun behoeften.
  • Je stelt offertes op en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je draagt bij aan een verzorgde, overzichtelijke en aantrekkelijke winkel.
  • Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op door jouw service, productkennis en persoonlijke aanpak.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële en/of technische functie.
  • Je bent klantgericht en haalt voldoening uit het helpen en adviseren van anderen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en draagt bij aan een positieve werksfeer.
  • Je hebt een goed cijfermatig inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent bereid om op zaterdag te werken, in ruil voor een vrije dag tijdens de week.
  • Je werkt vlot met de computer. Kennis van Dimasys is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt interesse in gereedschap, technische materialen en de bouwsector, of bent gemotiveerd om je hierin verder te verdiepen.
