Onze opdrachtgever is een gevestigde familiale onderneming uit de regio Kortrijk en al zo’n 60 jaar een betrouwbare partner voor de industrie.

Om die groei verder te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Technisch Commercieel Vertegenwoordiger die mee de commerciële kar wil trekken.

Functie

  • Uitbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties en fungeren als vertrouwde gesprekspartner.
  • Actief prospecteren binnen jouw regio en gericht op zoek gaan naar nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Bezoeken van zowel handelsklanten als productiebedrijven en hun noden leren kennen.
  • Klanten adviseren en vanuit een technische oplossing meedenken met hun uitdagingen.
  • Opportuniteiten detecteren en vertalen naar concrete commerciële acties.
  • Het bedrijf professioneel vertegenwoordigen en zorgen voor een sterke klantenbeleving.
  • Marktontwikkelingen en innovaties opvolgen en deze vertalen naar nieuwe mogelijkheden.
  • Zelf initiatief nemen en mee vorm geven aan de verdere commerciële expansie.
  • Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de zaakvoerder, waardoor korte beslissingslijnen en veel verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.

Profiel

  • Bachelordiploma in een technische of commercieel-technische richting.
  • Eerste relevante werkervaring binnen een commerciële of technische omgeving.
  • Vlotte, overtuigende communicatiestijl en sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Uitgesproken klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Gezonde dosis ondernemerschap en initiatief die deals sluit.
  • De maturiteit om zelfstandig te werken, gecombineerd met een echte teamgeest.
  • Een professionele beheersing van Nederlands en Frans.
