Dan is deze functie als Technisch Commercieel Winkelmedewerker iets voor jou!

Als Technisch Commercieel Winkelmedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in de winkel. Dankzij jouw technische kennis geef je professioneel advies en help je klanten bij het vinden van de juiste producten en oplossingen.

Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor een eigen afdeling en zorg je samen met je collega's voor een verzorgde winkel en een uitstekende klantenservice.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Klanten professioneel adviseren over schrijnwerk, beslag en technische producten;
  • Actief meedenken en oplossingen op maat voorstellen;
  • Zorgen voor een uitstekende klantenbeleving;
  • Beheren en aanvullen van jouw afdeling;
  • Bijdragen aan de groei van de winkelverkoop;
  • Waken over orde, netheid en veiligheid in de winkel;
  • Verwerken van bestellingen en administratieve taken via de computer;
  • Samenwerken met collega's om een optimale service te garanderen.
  • Minstens een A2-diploma in een technische richting;
  • Technische achtergrond of ervaring binnen bouw, schrijnwerk, hout, ijzerwaren of elektrotechniek;
  • Klantgerichte en commerciële ingesteldheid;
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en verantwoordelijkheidszin;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en kwaliteitsbewust;
  • Basiskennis van computerprogramma's;
  • Leergierig en bereid om opleidingen te volgen;
  • Flexibel en bereid om 1 op 2 zaterdagen te werken;
  • Teamspeler die zich gemakkelijk aanpast aan veranderingen;
