Met onze technologie helpen we organisaties om hun documentstromen slim, efficiënt en geautomatiseerd te verwerken. Binnen ons consultancyteam ben jij één van de experts op het gebied van Advanced-Forms®. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van projecten bij onze klanten, zelfstandig of samen met collega's. Zo ziet jouw rol eruit In het begin ligt de focus op het leren van onze software Advanced-Forms®. Je wordt hierin begeleid en je krijgt de ruimte om het stap voor stap eigen te maken. De ene dag richt je een oplossing in, de andere dag werk je aan een implementatieproject of los je een vraagstuk op. Zo groei je snel in je rol en leer je de software echt goed kennen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: in deze functie schakel je continu tussen techniek, procesdenken en klantcontact. Van MKB tot internationale organisatie, jij zorgt dat onze software daar goed draait. Een greep uit je werkzaamheden: Implementatie & techniek - Implementeren en configureren van onze Advanced-Forms® oplossingen; - Opzetten van integraties met ERP-systemen zoals Dynamics, SAP en Oracle; - Werken met SQL, XML/JSON en databasestructuren; - Ondersteunen bij Cloud- en Azure-koppelingen. Consultancy (maar dan praktisch) - Vertalen van klantbehoeften naar concrete oplossingen - Afstemmen met klanten over hoe processen ingericht moeten worden - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt en expert voor de klant - Meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties Je werkt deels remote vanaf ons kantoor in Veghel en soms op locatie bij klanten, afhankelijk van het project.
