Technisch Consultant (m/v/d) Netherlands, Woerden Fulltime Vaste medewerker Solliciteren op deze functie Nederlands Jouw taken Als Technisch Consultant (m/v/d) vertaal je de klantvraag naar een technische specificatie. Vanuit deze specificatie maak je overzichten, rapporten en/of dashboards voor eindgebruikers en/of managers om aan de vraag te voldoen. Daarnaast automatiseer je werkprocessen door middel van SQL-query's. Je vraagt door, denkt mee met de klant, achterhaalt de échte informatiebehoefte en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste (management)informatie uit myneva gehaald kan worden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor gedegen technische oplossingen van myneva. Klanten bouwen op jou vanwege je inhoudelijke expertise, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en je vermogen om snel te schakelen. Jij weet de klantbehoefte te doorgronden, zodat je dit kunt vertalen naar de myneva software. Je adviseert, begeleidt en ondersteunt bij de inrichting van ons Elektronisch Cliënten Dossier (ECD). Je werkt zelfstandig met de klant of in een projectteam met andere consultants en/of specialisten. Jij bent innovatief en oplossingsgericht. Dit alles doe je op een vanzelfsprekende wijze door je betrokkenheid, nieuwsgierigheid en je natuurlijke talent om de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. Jouw profiel Jij bent: Een technisch specialist en kan klantvraagstukken vertalen naar een technische oplossing. - De expert op het gebied van SQL met minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring (dit is een vereiste) met aantoonbare ervaring, waarbij je complexe vraagstukken hebt vertaald naar werkende queries - Een kennispartner voor onze klanten waarbij hen proactief adviseert op hun wensen in relatie tot hun werkprocessen dit zowel op management informatie niveau als op eindgebruikers niveau.. - Een sparringpartner voor je collega consultants, weet je in te leven in hun werkprocessen en behoeften en adviseert hen proactief - Zelfstandig, representatief, gedreven, resultaatgericht...
