ls technisch adviseur ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor professionele klanten en interne medewerkers. Dankzij jouw technische kennis help je mee bij het uitwerken van oplossingen voor uiteenlopende projecten binnen de elektrische sector.Technische vragen van klanten beantwoorden via telefoon en e-mail.Behoeften analyseren en geschikte producten, systemen en oplossingen voorstellen.Offertes uitwerken en zorgen voor een correcte opvolging van lopende dossiers.Technische ondersteuning bieden aan commerciële collega's en andere interne afdelingen.Meedenken over projectoplossingen en technische studies uitvoeren waar nodig.Samenwerken met leveranciers en fabrikanten om de meest geschikte oplossingen te selecteren.Op de hoogte blijven van nieuwe technologieën, innovaties en ontwikkelingen binnen de sector.Nauwe samenwerking onderhouden met verschillende interne teams om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.Professionele klanten begeleiden van aanvraag tot realisatie van hun project.

Technische opleiding in elektriciteit, elektromechanica, energietechnologie of een vergelijkbare richting.Relevante ervaring binnen een technische omgeving is een pluspunt, maar gemotiveerde starters komen eveneens in aanmerking.Sterke interesse in elektrische installaties en technische projectoplossingen.Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.Klantgerichte ingesteldheid en plezier halen uit het geven van technisch advies.Commerciële feeling gecombineerd met een analytische aanpak.Gestructureerde en nauwkeurige werkmethode.Leergierige ingesteldheid en interesse om voortdurend nieuwe kennis op te doen.Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een echte teamspeler.
