Pink Elephant, wereldwijd marktleider in IT-servicemanagement, zoekt een Technisch Consultant met ruime ervaring in het configureren, implementeren en optimaliseren van Service Management-oplossingen, bij voorkeur HaloITSM. Je werkt bij voorkeur vanuit Nederland; Reading in het Verenigd Koninkrijk kan ook. In deze zelfstandige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor "jouw" klanten. Je begeleidt de volledige levenscyclus van een project, van verkenning en ontwerp tot en met configuratie en oplevering, en vertaalt bedrijfs- en servicemanagementbehoeftes naar schaalbare oplossingen in HaloITSM. Daarnaast onderhoud je de inhoudelijke relatie met je klanten en inspireer je hen in de continue ontwikkeling van hun platform. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor succesvolle, efficiënte projecten en (natuurlijk) tevreden klanten. Daarbij neem je een voortrekkersrol in de continue verbetering en efficiëntie van onze dienstverlening. Je combineert sterke technische vaardigheden met een pragmatische inslag en praktisch toepasbare servicemanagementkennis. Naast je technische vaardigheden communiceer je goed met belanghebbenden en werk je nauw samen met klanten, projectteams en specialisten om succesvolle resultaten te behalen. Je bent in staat een klant écht te leiden en te begeleiden. Ervaring met Halo is een sterke pré, maar geen knock-outcriterium.
