Je zorgt dat onderhoudscontracten soepel lopen en installaties altijd top presteren. - Coördineren van onderhoudscontracten en aansturen van servicepartners en servicemonteurs - Bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en kosten van onderhoudswerkzaamheden op de locatie - Verzamelen en analyseren van meldingen en storingen en zorgen dat deze adequaat worden opgepakt - Geven van technisch advies aan zorginstellingen, gemeenten en vastgoedbeheerders - Opstellen en bijhouden van rapportages en het financieel beheer van jouw contracten - Initiëren van verbeteringen om installaties van klanten naar een hoger niveau te tillen - Nauw samenwerken met collega-techneuten binnen het team in Rotterdam Waar kom je te werken?
