Jouw uitdaging:

Als Technisch coördinator ben je de spilfiguur tussen verschillende afdelingen. Dankzij jouw organisatorisch talent en technische affiniteit zorg je ervoor dat onderhoudswerken en projecten efficiënt worden gepland en opgevolgd.

Je verantwoordelijkheden

Als schakel tussen productie, aankoop en technische dienst zorg jij dat alles vlot loopt.

  • Opstellen van de planning van de technische dienst voor zowel de grotere projecten als het preventief onderhoud van de productiemachines.
  • Jij zorgt dat elk document correct en uniform verwerkt wordt.
  • Controlelijsten beheren en up-to-date houden, met oog voor detail.
  • Jij zorgt voor een goede communicatie, ook schriftelijk, met aannemers en collega’s van de productie-, aankoop en technische dienst, vlot en klantgericht.
  • Planning opvolgen, actualiseren en communiceren, zodat iedereen steeds over de juiste info beschikt.
  • Je rapporteert aan de manager technische dienst

Je bent een georganiseerde en communicatieve professional die energie haalt uit plannen, coördineren en administratieve opvolging. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt oplossingsgericht en voelt je thuis in een technische omgeving.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bacheloropleiding Elektromechanica, Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Een goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Interesse om snel vertrouwd te raken met ERP- en SHEQ-systemen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Een proactieve ingesteldheid en een sterk organisatorisch vermogen.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken, maar ook om vlot samen te werken met verschillende teams.
  • Technisch inzicht gecombineerd met een praktische en flexibele aanpak.
