Je combineert klantcontact met het analyseren van technische vraagstukken. In deze rol maak je echt het verschil door problemen snel op te lossen en klanten optimaal te ondersteunen. Wat ga je doen? In Apeldoorn ben jij als Technisch Customer Care Medewerker de schakel tussen klanten en technische oplossingen. Je werk draagt direct bij aan de veiligheid van bouwplaatsen, infrastructuurprojecten en industriële locaties. Jouw inzet zorgt ervoor dat klanten altijd kunnen rekenen op een betrouwbare beveiliging en snelle service. Je combineert klantvriendelijkheid met technisch inzicht en neemt eigenaarschap over elk klantverzoek. Op een doorsnee werkdag start je met het behandelen van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail. Je analyseert technische storingen, zoekt naar de oorzaak en schakelt waar nodig met collega's uit techniek, planning of de meldkamer. Je houdt de klant op de hoogte van de voortgang en zorgt voor een heldere administratie. Je ziet waar processen slimmer kunnen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. - Beantwoorden van technische klantvragen en meldingen; - Analyseren van storingen in beveiligingsoplossingen; - Doorvragen om snel tot de kern van een probleem te komen; - Afstemmen met collega's om problemen efficiënt op te lossen; - Registreren en administratief afhandelen van klantverzoeken.
