Technisch customer care medewerker beveiliging | 32-40 uur | Apeldoorn Locatie Apeldoorn Salaris € 16,50 - € 18,50 Opleiding Hbo Werkweek Part time, Full time Solliciteer direct online Als technisch customer care medewerker in Apeldoorn hoef je de techniek nog niet volledig te kennen: je leert het vak bij een internationaal beveiligingsbedrijf. Je helpt klanten via telefoon en e-mail met vragen en storingen rondom beveiligingssystemen. Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week in dagdienst van maandag tot en met vrijdag, dus je weekenden zijn vrij. Over de functie Je gaat aan de slag op de Customer Care afdeling van een internationaal beveiligingsbedrijf. Klanten bellen of mailen je met een vraag of storing, en jij zoekt uit wat er aan de hand is en zorgt dat het wordt opgelost. Je werkt in dagdienst, van maandag tot en met vrijdag. Op een werkdag houd je je bezig met het volgende: - Je beantwoordt klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail en volgt ze op - Je analyseert technische vragen en storingen rondom beveiligingssystemen - Je onderzoekt of een probleem op afstand op te lossen is of dat er een collega op locatie nodig is - Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen, zoals techniek, planning, operations en de meldkamer - Je bewaakt de voortgang van meldingen en denkt mee over structurele oplossingen en verbeteringen Over het bedrijf Je komt te werken bij een internationale organisatie die gespecialiseerd is in tijdelijke beveiligingsoplossingen. Met slimme camerasystemen en innovatieve technologie beveiligt het bedrijf onder andere bouwplaatsen, infrastructuurprojecten en industriële locaties. Je komt terecht op een groeiende Customer Care afdeling waar klantcontact, techniek en samenwerking bij elkaar komen.
