Ben jij technisch sterk, klantgericht en haal je energie uit het oplossen van problemen? Dan kan deze functie perfect bij jou passen.

Als Technisch Customer Support Medewerker maak je deel uit van het B2C-team. Jij ondersteunt particuliere klanten bij vragen of technische problemen rond hun zonnepanelen- en/of batterij-installatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten correct geholpen worden en dat technische situaties op een duidelijke en professionele manier worden opgevolgd.

Wat ga je doen?

🔧 Je ondersteunt bestaande klanten bij technische vragen of problemen. 📞 Je staat klanten vriendelijk te woord via telefoon en e-mail. ⚡ Je analyseert technische meldingen en zoekt mee naar de juiste oplossing. 🏠 Je werkt mee aan de coördinatie van installaties bij particuliere klanten. 💡 Je denkt mee bij de uitrol van nieuwe producten en systeemoplossingen. 🚗 Indien nodig ga je ook ter plaatse bij de klant voor een interventie. 🤝 Je werkt nauw samen met collega's om klanten zo goed mogelijk verder te helpen.

Wie zoeken we?

Je hoeft niet alles al perfect te kunnen, maar je hebt wel een sterke technische basis en vooral veel goesting om bij te leren.

Wij zoeken iemand die: ✅ een diploma heeft in elektrische installatietechnieken, elektriciteit, energietechnieken, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig is door ervaring; ✅ interesse heeft in hernieuwbare energie en nieuwe technieken; ✅ klantvriendelijk en communicatief is; ✅ graag in team werkt; ✅ leergierig is en initiatief durft nemen; ✅ bereid is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken wanneer nodig; ✅ beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
