Onze klant een dynamisch bedrijf in volle groei, zoekt een gedreven Technisch Directeur om hun team te versterken.

Als Technisch Directeur ben je de rechterhand van de bestuurders en speel je een cruciale rol in het succes van onze elektrotechnische totaalprojecten.

Functie omschrijving Functieomschrijving Technisch Directeur:

  • Fungeren als de rechterhand van de bestuurders, waarbij je nauw betrokken bent bij strategische besluitvorming.
  • Analyseren van plannen, lastenboeken en schema's om effectieve werkvoorbereidingen te maken voor de uitvoering van projecten.
  • Ondersteunen van projectleiders en sturen van projectteams om doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor korte en lange termijnplanning in samenwerking met projectleiders en werfleiders.
  • Sturen van diverse projecten met een focus op resultaatgerichtheid, tijdige oplevering en rendabiliteit.
  • Mede verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van kwaliteits-, veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieubeleid op de werven.
  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van projecten.

Profiel ideale Technisch Directeur:

  • Master in Elektrotechnieken, Elektriciteit, Elektronica of Elektromechanica.
  • Ruime ervaring in het aansturen van elektrotechnische totaalprojecten.
  • Ervaring in het leiden van diverse projectteams en installatietechnieken voor verschillende sectoren.
  • Up-to-date kennis van technieken in gebouwen, zowel theoretisch als praktisch.
  • Op de hoogte van wetgevingen en normen, met het vermogen om deze toe te passen in de praktijk.
  • Vertrouwd met engineeringstools in de sector.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Uitstekende leiderschaps-, motivatie- en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
