The posting

Als Technisch Facility Coördinator neem je tijdelijk het volledige eigenaarschap over de technische dienst op een operationele site in Astene (Deinze). Je stuurt een team van techniekers en logistieke medewerkers aan en zorgt ervoor dat het dagelijks onderhoud, de technische dienstverlening en de logistieke werking vlot verlopen. Je werkt in een technisch complexe omgeving met labo’s, groeikamers en serres en coördineert daarnaast verschillende kleine verbeteringsprojecten.

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor HVAC, klimaatregeling, water- en energiebeheer en infrastructuur voor de verschillende stakeholders op de site.
  • Je stuurt dagelijks de techniekers en logistieke medewerkers op de site aan en zorgt voor duidelijke prioriteiten en opvolging.
  • Je organiseert de 24/7 wachtdienst en fungeert zelf als back-up wanneer nodig.
  • Je staat in voor het volledige correctieve en preventieve onderhoud op de site en beheert de bijhorende onderhoudsbudgetten.
  • Je stuurt de operationele facilityprocessen aan en zoekt actief naar mogelijkheden om deze verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je houdt het overzicht over lopende werken, bestellingen en onderhoudscontracten en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Je treedt op als installatieverantwoordelijke en selecteert, coördineert en volgt externe contractoren op.
  • Je zorgt voor de opmaak en opvolging van werk- en vuurvergunningen en ziet toe op de naleving van de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je neemt de eindverantwoordelijkheid over de logistieke flow op de site, van goederenontvangst en opslag tot afvalstromen.
  • Je stuurt en coacht het logistieke team aan en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met EHS.
  • Je volgt kleine operationele verbeteringsprojecten gestructureerd op en rapporteert over planning, budget en risico’s.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de technische dienst zichtbaar, bereikbaar en betrouwbaar is voor alle interne stakeholders.
  • Beschik je over een bacheloropleiding in (elektro)mechanica, industriële wetenschappen, facility management of over gelijkwaardige ervaring?
  • Heb je aantoonbare ervaring binnen operationeel facility management, bij voorkeur in een technisch complexe omgeving zoals R&D-labo’s, productieomgevingen of high-tech infrastructuur?
  • Heb je bij voorkeur kennis van HVAC, elektriciteit, waterbehandeling, klimaatregeling en gebouwbeheerssystemen?
  • Heb je bij voorkeur ervaring met AutoCAD en andere technische tools?
  • Beschik je over een hands-on en probleemoplossende mentaliteit en neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid op?
  • Communiceer je vlot met verschillende stakeholders en werk je proactief?
  • Spreek en schrijf je goed Nederlands en kun je je professioneel uitdrukken in het Engels?
