Voor een groeiende, familiale organisatie met een divers patrimonium aan bedrijfsgebouwen zijn wij op zoek naar een Technisch Facility Coördinator. Onze opdrachtgever ontwikkelt, verhuurt en beheert vastgoed op maat van bedrijven en gelooft sterk in een persoonlijke, kwaliteitsvolle aanpak. Als Technisch Facility Coördinator maak je deel uit van het beheerteam en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Asset Manager en de Real Estate Director. Je bent het hands-on aanspreekpunt voor huurders en klanten en zorgt ervoor dat gebouwen en installaties optimaal blijven functioneren.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je voert dagelijkse rondes uit, detecteert defecten en lost kleine technische problemen zelf op.
  • Je coördineert preventief onderhoud, storingen en wettelijke keuringen (HVAC, elektriciteit, brandveiligheid, liften, toegangscontrole).
  • Je stuurt externe leveranciers, keuringsorganen en aannemers aan bij onderhoud, herstellingen en kleine werken.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van contractuele diensten zoals safety, cleaning en groenonderhoud.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen en begeleidt in- en uittredes van huurders.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je bent een proactieve doener die praktisch en oplossingsgericht te werk gaat.
  • Je hebt een brede technische kennis van gebouwtechnieken, opgebouwd via een bachelor (elektromechanica, bouwkunde, facility management) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt attesten en opvolgdossiers graag op orde.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en communiceert helder met bewoners, collega's en aannemers.
  • Je beschikt over rijbewijs B en bent bereid je tussen verschillende sites te verplaatsen.
