The posting

Als tijdelijke Technische Facility Coördinator neem je volledig eigenaarschap over de technische dienst in een operationele context.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van het technische team (techniek en logistiek) dat instaat voor dagelijks onderhoud en coördineert kleine verbeteringsprojecten die zich situeren in een complexe omgeving van labo’s, groeikamers en serre’s.

  • Technisch beheer: eerste aanspreekpunt voor HVAC, klimaatregeling, water- en energie-beheer, en infrastructuur voor de verschillende stakeholders op de site
  • Leidinggeven: dagelijks on-site coördineren van techniekers en logistieke medewerkers, inclusief het organiseren van een 24/7 wachtdienst (zelf fungeren als back-up)
  • Onderhoud: verantwoordelijk voor alle correctieve en preventieve onderhoudstaken op de site, inclusief opmaak en beheer van onderhoudsbudgetten
  • Operationeel beheer: aansturen en optimaliseren van alle operationele processen binnen facility management
  • Administratie: overzicht houden van lopende werken, bestellingen en onderhoudscontrac-ten
  • Installatieverantwoordelijke: selecteren en opvolgen van contractoren, inclusief opmaak van werk- en vuurvergunningen en toezien op naleving van de veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Logistieke flow: eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de volledige logistieke flow op de site, in-clusief goederenontvangst, opslag van verbruiksartikelen en afvalstromen; aansturen en coachen van het logistieke team, in nauwe samenwerking met EHS
  • Bachelor (elektro)mechanica, industriële wetenschappen, facility management of gelijkwaarding door ervaring
  • Ervaring: aantoonbare relevante ervaring in operationele facility management, bij voorkeur in een technisch complexe omgeving (e.g. R&D labo’s, productie of high-tech infrastruc-tuur)
  • Technische kennis: bij voorkeur ervaring met HVAC systemen, elektriciteit, waterbehande-ling, klimaatregeling, gebouwbeheerssystemen, autoCAD, …
  • Soft skills: hands-on mentaliteit, probleemoplossend, communicatief en proactief
  • Taal: Nederlands (goede kennis vereist), Engels
