Voor een stabiele werkgever in regio Tielt zoeken we een technisch medewerker die houdt van afwisseling. Geen bandwerk waarbij je elke dag exact hetzelfde doet, maar een praktische functie waarin je jouw handen én je hoofd gebruikt.

Je komt terecht in een technische omgeving waar kwaliteit belangrijk is en waar je de kans krijgt om het vak echt onder de knie te krijgen. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral jouw technisch inzicht, werkmentaliteit en goesting om bij te leren maken het verschil.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket en helpt mee met verschillende technische en praktische werkzaamheden.
  • Je spoort kleine technische problemen op en zoekt mee naar een oplossing.
  • Je voert herstellingen en aanpassingen uit.
  • Je monteert en demonteert verschillende onderdelen.
  • Je werkt met verschillende materialen en gereedschappen.
  • Je leert stap voor stap verschillende technieken en werkzaamheden aan.

Wie zoeken we?

  • We zoeken vooral iemand die van aanpakken weet.
  • Je bent handig en hebt technisch inzicht.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren stabiele werkervaring en kan aantonen dat je weet wat werken is.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
  • Je bent onmiddellijk of op zeer korte termijn beschikbaar.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en staat ervoor open om nieuwe technieken aan te leren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en ziet zelf werk.
  • Je kan zelfstandig nadenken, maar bent evengoed een teamspeler.
  • Een specifiek diploma is minder belangrijk dan jouw praktische ingesteldheid en gezond technisch verstand.
