Jouw werk Als Technisch Beheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, coördineren en bewaken van onderhoud en technische werkzaamheden aan gemeentelijke gebouwen. Je voert zelf geen onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit, maar stuurt externe partijen aan en houdt regie op kwaliteit, planning, budgetten en prestaties. Een greep uit je werkzaamheden - Voorbereiden, adviseren en uitvoeren van preventief, vervangend en correctief onderhoud aan gebouwen in gemeentelijk bezit - Opstellen en actueel houden van de meerjarige onderhoudsplannen - Je ondersteunt bij technische projecten en renovaties van start tot oplevering - Toezien op naleving van veiligheids- en milieuregels bij uitvoering van al het gebouw gebonden beheer en onderhoud - Monitoren en optimaliseren van energieverbruik en duurzaamheid van het gebouw - Rapporteren over de status van technische installaties en veiligheidsaspecten. Hierin doe jij voorstellen voor verbeteringen. Over jou Als technisch gebouwbeheerder combineer je jouw technische kennis met probleemoplossende vaardigheden. In deze zelfstandige functie behoud je het overzicht, maar ga je vooral proactief aan de slag met de vragen die er liggen bij onze gemeentelijke panden. Of het nu gaat om duurzaamheid, veiligheid, onderhoud of renovatie; jij hebt de flexibiliteit om te schakelen tussen de verschillende werkzaamheden.
