Technisch helpdesk 24 - 40 uur per week €17,43 per uur Beschrijving Wat ga je precies doen Als technisch helpdeskmedewerker bij Delta Fiber ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten met technische vragen over internet- en glasvezelverbindingen. In deze rol maak je dagelijks het verschil door storingen en problemen op te lossen en klanten te voorzien van duidelijke en praktische oplossingen. Dankzij onze uitgebreide training en begeleiding ontwikkel je snel de technische kennis die nodig is om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen. Je draagt niet alleen bij aan klanttevredenheid, maar ook aan de voortdurende verbetering van onze dienstverlening. Wat ga je doen: - Telefonisch ondersteunen van klanten bij technische vragen en storingen. - Analyseren van internet- en glasvezelproblemen en bieden van stapsgewijze oplossingen. - Helder uitleggen aan klanten hoe zij zelf problemen kunnen oplossen. - Nauwkeurig bijhouden van klantcontacten, diagnoses en oplossingen in onze systemen. - Meedenken over verbeteringen in onze technische dienstverlening en klantbeleving. Wat bieden we jou - Een bruto uurloon van €17,43, inclusief individueel keuzebudget. - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - Flexibele werkweek van 24 tot 40 uur, met hybride werkmogelijkheden. - Een thuiswerkvergoeding van €2,15 netto per dag en reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer of volledige OV-kostenvergoeding. - Een volledig betaalde training van 3 weken om je technische kennis te versterken. - Ruime doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen Delta Fiber en een informeel, betrokken team dat jouw groei stimuleert. Functie-eisen We zoeken een klantgerichte probleemoplosser met technische affiniteit en flexibiliteit. - MBO 3 werk- en denkniveau. - Affiniteit met internet, telecom of glasvezel. - Klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte instelling. - Flexibel inzetbaar voor avonden en zaterdagen. - In staat om een VOG te verkrijgen.
