Vind je het leuk om bezig te zijn met onderhoud, service en het oplossen van technische storingen? Dan is deze functie van Technisch Huismeester iets voor jou. Wat ga je doen? ls Technisch Huismeester maak je deel uit van de technische dienst en zorg je ervoor dat de technische installaties in en rondom het spoor optimaal blijven functioneren. Je werkt op een vaste locatie in Haarlem, binnen een grote onderhouds- en servicelocatie waar dagelijks wordt gewerkt aan het onderhoud van spoorvoertuigen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Proactief controleren, inspecteren en onderhouden van technische installaties - Signaleren en oplossen van storingen om onderbrekingen te voorkomen - Uitvoeren van klein technisch onderhoud - Bijdragen aan een veilige, nette en goed functionerende werkomgeving Dankzij jouw vaste aanwezigheid op locatie is geen dag hetzelfde en heb je veel afwisseling in je werkzaamheden. Wanneer pas je bij deze functie? J e bent geschikt voor deze rol als je: - Een mbo-opleiding niveau 3 hebt in een technische richting, of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau - Technisch inzicht hebt in gebouwgebonden installaties, zoals: - HVAC - Elektrotechniek - Loodgieterswerk - gebouwautomatisering - Veiligheid & beveiliging - Beschikt over goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden - Oplossingsgericht, praktisch, flexibel en klantgericht bent Wat kun je verwachten?
