Vakgebied: Inkoop/Supply chain - [email protected] The real deal - Je selecteert en ontwikkelt productiepartners voor uitbesteed maakwerk - Je beoordeelt leveranciers op techniek, capaciteit, kwaliteit, levertijd én prijs - Je werkt dicht op Engineering, Productie, Supply Chain, Quality en Logistics vanuit Amsterdam Jij als Technisch Inkoper We zoeken een Technisch Inkoper, ook wel genoemd Tactisch Inkoper, Supplier Manager of Procurement Specialist. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vinden, beoordelen en ontwikkelen van externe productiepartners. Het gaat om leveranciers die werkzaamheden kunnen uitvoeren op het gebied van onder andere verspaning, plaatwerk, lassen, assemblage en oppervlaktebehandelingen. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan alleen prijs. Je onderzoekt welke technische mogelijkheden een leverancier heeft, hoeveel capaciteit beschikbaar is en hoe die partij presteert op kwaliteit en levertijd. Op basis daarvan help je bepalen welke leveranciers passen bij wat de organisatie nodig heeft. Je begeleidt RFQ- en RFP-trajecten, voert onderhandelingen over prijs en voorwaarden en ondersteunt bij make-or-buy-vraagstukken. Daarnaast onderhoud je bestaande leveranciersrelaties en zoek je naar nieuwe partijen wanneer daar behoefte aan is. Intern werk je samen met Supply Chain, Productie, Engineering, Quality en Logistics. Daardoor is dit geen inkoopfunctie waarin je vooral achter een bestelproces zit. Je moet kunnen begrijpen wat verschillende afdelingen nodig hebben en dat vertalen naar duidelijke afspraken met leveranciers. Deze rol is logisch voor iemand die al ervaring heeft met tactische of strategische inkoop, technisch leveranciersmanagement of contract manufacturing. Ook vanuit een bredere technische inkoopfunctie kan dit interessant zijn als je meer verantwoordelijkheid wilt voor leveranciersselectie, onderhandelingen en uitbestedingsvraagstukken.
