De vervaardiging gebeurt in steeds modernere fabrieken, wat hen in staat stelt om voortdurend te innoveren en kwaliteit te waarborgen. Voor het maken van kalkzandsteenblokken zijn drie onmisbare componenten nodig: zand, water en kalk. Dankzij de strategische ligging van het bedrijf aan het water en hun eigen zandwinning, hoeven zij enkel kalk aan te kopen. Dit draagt bij aan een efficiënte werkwijze en biedt hen controle over het gehele productieproces. Hun machinepark bestaat uit indrukwekkende hydraulische persen, mixers, zaagmachines en transportbanden. Daarnaast beschikken ze over verschillende schepen die hun zandwinning bevoorraden. Dit alles wordt verzorgd door een team van ongeveer 8 monteurs binnen de technische dienst, onder leiding van een hoofd technische dienst, een werkvoorbereider en een technisch inkoper/magazijnbeheerder.
