En krijg je energie van onderhandelen, optimaliseren en het werken met technisch complexe producten? Dan is deze functie als technisch inkoper iets voor jou. Wie zijn wij? Witec ontwikkelt, produceert en verkoopt technologisch vernieuwende producten en assemblages die in seriematige (repeat) productie vervaardigd worden. Hierbij fabriceert Witec uiterst nauwkeurige en ultra-reine onderdelen dankzij efficiënte processen en hightech equipment. Jouw rol Als technisch inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig, kosteneffectief en kwalitatief inkopen van technische materialen, verspaningsdelen en diensten. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van de continuïteit van onze productie en levert een directe bijdrage aan kostenbeheersing, kwaliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid binnen een hightech maakomgeving. Je maakt deel uit van het bedrijfsbureau en rapporteert aan het hoofd bedrijfsbureau. Je hebt geen hiërarchische leidinggevende rol, maar stuurt leveranciers wel functioneel aan. Wat ga je doen? Operationele en tactische inkoop - Inkopen van technisch complexe producten zoals plaatwerk, verspaningsdelen, modules en oppervlaktebehandelingen - Plaatsen, bewaken en opvolgen van inkooporders Leveranciersbeheer - Selecteren, beoordelen en ontwikkelen van (inter)nationale leveranciers - Voeren van prijsonderhandelingen en maken van contractafspraken - Bewaken van leverbetrouwbaarheid, kwaliteit en leveranciersperformance (KPI's) Technische afstemming - Overleg met Engineering over maakbaarheid, alternatieve materialen en kostenreductie Kosten- en procesoptimalisatie - Realiseren van cost savings en value engineering - Verbeteren en standaardiseren van inkoopprocessen - Bijdragen aan make-or-buy beslissingen Administratie en rapportage - Vastleggen van contracten en afspraken in ...
