Ben je analytisch sterk en krijg je energie van het beheren en optimaliseren van een materieelvloot? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! In deze functie combineer je inkoopwerkzaamheden met het beheer van de materieelvloot. Je houdt overzicht, analyseert data en draagt met jouw inzichten bij aan slimme keuzes op het gebied van materieel, equipment en leveranciers. Wat ga je doen? Als Technisch Inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele en tactische inkoop van materieel, equipment, onderdelen en diensten voor Verwater Equipment Services (VES). Daarnaast beheer je huur- en verhuurcontracten en bewaak je de beschikbaarheid, inzetbaarheid en kosten van de materieelvloot. Door data te analyseren en ontwikkelingen te monitoren, draag je bij aan strategische vraagstukken rondom materieelbeheer, vervangingsinvesteringen en de verdere optimalisatie van de vloot. Je onderhoudt actief contacten met leveranciers, verhuurpartners en fabrikanten en bent continu op zoek naar verbeteringen op het gebied van kwaliteit, beschikbaarheid, service en kosten. Daarnaast draag je bij aan investeringsvoorstellen voor nieuw materieel en ondersteun je bij het beheer van het CAPEX-budget. - Je behandelt inkoopaanvragen voor materieel, equipment, onderdelen en technische diensten; - Je vraagt offertes op, vergelijkt aanbiedingen en plaatst bestellingen; - Je bewaakt levertijden en zorgt voor tijdige beschikbaarheid van materieel en onderdelen; - Je ondersteunt onderhoud, planning en operatie bij technische inkoop- en leveranciersvraagstukken; - Je onderhoudt relaties met leveranciers, verhuurpartners en fabrikanten en beoordeelt hun prestaties; - Je draagt bij aan het realiseren en beheren van raamcontracten tegen...
