Als Inside Sales Medewerker ben jij de spil tussen klanten, verdelers en de buitendienst. Vanuit een professioneel backofficeteam zorg je voor een vlotte commerciële opvolging en een uitstekende klantenervaring. Je combineert commerciële flair met technische interesse en draagt actief bij aan de groei van de organisatie.

Functie omschrijving

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en commerciële voorstellen
  • Dagelijks contact met klanten en verdelers via telefoon en e-mail
  • Ondersteunen van de buitendienst bij commerciële opportuniteiten
  • Beheren en uitbreiden van het klanten- en prospectenbestand (CRM)
  • Adviseren van klanten over producten, toepassingen en prijzen
  • Actief meedenken over commerciële kansen en klanttevredenheid
  • Proactieve en commerciële ingesteldheid met sterke klantfocus
  • Communicatief sterk en energie halen uit klantcontact
  • Vlot Nederlands; kennis van andere talen is een plus
  • Goede digitale vaardigheden; ervaring met ERP/CRM is een troef
  • Inzicht in prijsopbouw, marges en commerciële calculaties
  • Interesse in technische producten en bereidheid om productkennis op te bouwen
