Op locatie controleer je gebouwen en installaties, beoordeel je uitgevoerd onderhoud en bespreek je afwijkingen met collega's en aannemers. Als technisch inspecteur vastgoed zorg je ervoor dat onze gebouwen veilig, betrouwbaar en goed onderhouden blijven. Dit ga je doen Als technisch inspecteur vastgoed ben je veel aanwezig op onze locaties. Je inspecteert gebouwen en gebouwgebonden installaties, beoordeelt de technische staat en signaleert onderhoudsgebreken, risico's en afwijkingen. Je controleert de kwaliteit van werkzaamheden die door aannemers en andere externe partijen worden uitgevoerd en ziet toe op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en wet- en regelgeving. Daarnaast behandel je technische meldingen, onderzoek je vraagstukken en adviseer je de coördinator vastgoed over passende onderhoudsmaatregelen. Je legt bevindingen zorgvuldig vast in het vastgoedbeheersysteem en werkt inspectierapporten uit zodat er een betrouwbaar overzicht blijft van de onderhoudsstaat van onze vastgoedportefeuille. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het uitvoeren van inspecties en schouwrondes op gebouwen en installaties; - het controleren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en projectopleverin...
