Dan is deze functie als Technisch Kwaliteitsmedewerker iets voor jou. Je komt te werken binnen een moderne en duurzame productieomgeving waar kwaliteit een belangrijke rol speelt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen, productieprocessen en eindproducten worden gecontroleerd en voldoen aan de gestelde eisen. Je staat daarbij dicht op de productie en werkt samen met verschillende collega's. Functieomschrijving Jouw rol Je bent niet alleen bezig met het uitvoeren van controles. Je kijkt ook naar de resultaten, signaleert afwijkingen en denkt mee over oplossingen. Hierdoor heb je direct invloed op de kwaliteit van het eindproduct en het verbeteren van het productieproces. Dit ga je doen: - Uitvoeren van controles en metingen tijdens verschillende fases van het productieproces. - Controleren van grondstoffen, betonmengsels en eindproducten. - Beoordelen van meetresultaten en signaleren van afwijkingen. - Vastleggen van controles en resultaten. - Bespreken van kwaliteitsafwijkingen met collega's uit de productie. - Meedenken over oplossingen en procesverbeteringen. - Bewaken van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften. - Bijdragen aan het verder ontwikkelen van de kwaliteitsprocessen. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid in je werk en hebt een afwisselende functie waarin je zowel praktisch als analytisch bezig bent.
