Jobomschrijving

Als spilfiguur van het technisch magazijn binnen onze onderhoudsafdeling zorg jij ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Dankzij jouw organisatievermogen, technische kennis en nauwkeurigheid vinden onze techniekers altijd de juiste onderdelen op het juiste moment.

Je zorgt voor een efficiënte stroom van materialen, bestellingen en administratie, zodat onze onderhoudsprocessen vlot en veilig blijven draaien.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Beheer van het technisch magazijn: ontvangst, stockage en uitgifte van wisselstukken
  • Voorraadbeheer en inventarisatie: opvolgen, registreren en aanvullen via ons ERP-systeem
  • Aankoop en opvolging: bestellingen plaatsen bij en opvolgen van leveranciers (onderdelen, gereedschap, materialen)
  • Technische administratie: verwerken van werkbonnen, onderhoudsplanning en offertes
  • Coördinatie en communicatie: contact met leveranciers en aannemers bij technische interventies
  • Samenwerking: nauwe afstemming met techniekers, productie, veiligheid en planning
  • Optimalisatie: meedenken over verbeteringen in voorraadbeheer en onderhoudsprocessen
  • Je bent regelmatig op de werkvloer aanwezig en kent de machines, onderdelen en processen goed genoeg om snel te schakelen.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Ervaring in een technisch magazijn of onderhoudsafdeling (ervaring met wisselstukkenbeheer is een plus)
  • Technische affiniteit: je herkent onderdelen, begrijpt hun functie en leert graag bij
  • Oog voor structuur, orde en nauwkeurigheid
  • Vlotte communicator, zowel met collega’s als leveranciers
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands, basiskennis van Engels
