Als technisch magazijnier ben je veel meer dan iemand die orders pickt. Je verwerkt technische orders van A tot Z, controleert of alles nauwkeurig verwerkt is in ons systeem en zorgt ervoor dat onze materialen tijdig vertrekken naar klanten over de hele wereld. Daarbij gebruik je niet alleen je handen, maar vooral ook je hoofd.

Stel je voor dat je werkt in het kloppende hart van een creatief en internationaal bedrijf dat entertainmentprojecten over de hele wereld mee mogelijk maakt, maar nog steeds aanvoelt als een familie.

ShowTex brengt ideeën tot leven met vlamwerend textiel en innovatieve ophangsystemen. Van iconische theatergordijnen en indrukwekkende podiumdecors tot opvallende beursstanden en onvergetelijke events én we zijn nog lang niet klaar.

Je vindt onze kantoren in Europa, Noord-Amerika, het Midden-Oosten, Zuid-Afrika, Azië en Australië, maar jouw werkplek en ons hoofdkantoor bevinden zich in Burcht, bij Antwerpen.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Jij focust op hardware en techniek binnen ons magazijn. Je analyseert technische orders, verzamelt de juiste materialen en controleert onderweg of alles volledig en correct is. Zie je een onderdeel dat ontbreekt of iets dat niet lijkt te kloppen? Dan merk jij dat op vóór het pakket vertrekt.

Je werkt met grote volumes en soms stevige gewichten. Je verwerkt orders correct in ons systeem, verpakt materialen en voert indien nodig technische bewerkingen uit, zoals het op maat zagen van profielen.

Daarnaast ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt en communiceer je vlot met verschillende collega’s, afdelingen en stakeholders. Via e-mail en Teams stem je af over prioriteiten, levertermijnen, ontbrekende onderdelen en eventuele wijzigingen, zodat elke order tijdig en foutloos kan worden afgewerkt.

Je voert regelmatig stockcontroles uit, helpt de voorraad accuraat te houden en draagt actief bij aan een veilige, ordelijke en nette werkomgeving

BENIEUWD HOE WIJ JOU ZIEN?

OPLEIDING EN ERVARING

  • Je hebt een secundair diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in een magazijn- of logistieke omgeving.
  • Technische kennis of praktische ervaring met mechanica, elektronica of assemblage is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en leert snel nieuwe producten en systemen begrijpen.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel met computers en leert nieuwe software snel aan.
  • Heftruckervaring is een troef.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands en Engels.

PERSOONLIJKHEID EN SKILLS

  • Je bruist van energie en houdt ervan om actief bezig te zijn.
  • Je denkt mee, legt verbanden en merkt snel wanneer iets niet klopt.
  • Je kan zelfstandig je dag en week organiseren, prioriteiten bepalen en vooruitdenken.
  • Ook wanneer het tempo omhooggaat, blijven kwaliteit, veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid vooropstaan.
  • Je hebt goesting, drive en verantwoordelijkheidszin, en zet samen met je collega’s graag je schouders onder mooie ShowTex-projecten!
