In deze functie combineer je technisch inzicht met werkvoorbereiding, klantencontact en het beheer van wisselstukken. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket binnen een stabiele en professionele werkomgeving, waar je de tijd krijgt om de producten en installaties goed te leren kennen. Je werkt samen met een klein en betrokken team waarin kennis delen en elkaar helpen vanzelfsprekend zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ondersteunt klanten telefonisch en via e-mail bij technische vragen en je behandelt aanvragen voor wisselstukken en maakt hiervoor offertes op
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen, maakt onderdelen klaar en zorgt voor een correcte verzending en je bereidt interventies en projecten voor door de nodige materialen en componenten klaar te leggen
  • Je maakt eenvoudige technische schetsen voor kleine projecten, leidingwerk of onderdelen die gelaserd moeten worden
  • Je werkt indien nodig met DWG, maar een duidelijke technische schets is zeker ook mogelijk en je zorgt mee voor orde en structuur in het magazijn en bij de wisselstukken

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij een gespecialiseerd bedrijf binnen de wereld van poederlakinstallaties en technische apparatuur. Je maakt deel uit van een team dat klanten ondersteunt, interventies voorbereidt en ervoor zorgt dat de juiste onderdelen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. De werkomgeving is professioneel, maar tegelijk persoonlijk. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en kunt rekenen op ondersteuning wanneer je ergens nog ervaring in moet opbouwen.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of beschikt over een sterke technische basis en je houdt ervan om problemen rustig te analyseren en naar een oplossing te zoeken
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar vindt het ook fijn om samen met collega's tot een oplossing te komen
  • Je kunt technische informatie begrijpen en duidelijk communiceren en kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, pompen of industriële installaties is een pluspunt
