Wil jij als technisch magazijnier een functie opnemen waarin je écht het verschil kunt maken?

Voor een familiale en stabiele technische onderneming in Temse zoeken we een ervaren magazijnier die niet alleen houdt van orde en structuur, maar ook graag meedenkt over hoe het beter kan. Het bedrijf telt ongeveer 100 medewerkers en is actief als technische partner binnen mechanica en industriële dienstverlening. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar vakmanschap, kwaliteit en een persoonlijke aanpak centraal staan.

Het technisch magazijn is vandaag nog grotendeels manueel georganiseerd. Net daar ligt voor jou een mooie uitdaging: je krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen aan een meer gestructureerde en gedigitaliseerde magazijnwerking. Denk daarbij aan het implementeren van pickinglijsten, barcodes, voorraadbeheer en duidelijke magazijnprocedures. Je werkt voornamelijk samen met servicetechniekers, monteurs en operations en krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig initiatief te nemen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je neemt het dagelijkse beheer van het technisch magazijn voor jouw rekening, zowel praktisch als administratief
  • Leveringen worden door jou gecontroleerd, geregistreerd in het ERP-systeem en correct opgeslagen
  • Aan de hand van materiaallijsten verzamel je de nodige onderdelen en zorg je dat verbruiksgoederen tijdig beschikbaar zijn
  • Vanuit jouw ervaring denk je actief mee over de digitalisering en verdere professionalisering van het magazijn
  • Orde, veiligheid en overzicht bewaak je dagelijks, terwijl je ook instaat voor kwaliteitscontrole en een correcte voorraad
  • Een aantal jaren relevante ervaring binnen magazijnbeheer is belangrijk; een junior profiel past minder goed binnen deze zelfstandige functie
  • Technische feeling is een grote troef, zeker wanneer je vertrouwd bent met mechanische onderdelen, technische materialen of bewegende delen
  • Vlotte computervaardigheden en ervaring met een ERP-systeem zoals SAP zijn mooi meegenomen
  • Rijbewijs B is vereist voor occasionele leveringen naar werven
  • Een heftruckattest is een pluspunt maar kan indien nodig aangeleerd worden
