Ben jij iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, maar ook verder kijkt dan alleen het orderlijstje? In deze functie is technisch inzicht minstens zo belangrijk als magazijnervaring. Je denkt mee over bestellingen, merkt ontbrekende onderdelen op en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct klaarstaat voor de volgende stap.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je haalt lange profielen, bijvoorbeeld van 6 meter, uit het magazijn en legt ze klaar voor verdere verwerking of om te laten spuiten.
  • Je plaatst profielen na verwerking opnieuw op de juiste plaats in het magazijn.
  • Je maakt bestellingen klaar voor klanten of de volgende afdeling.
  • Je denkt kritisch na over de bestellingen die je verzamelt.
  • Je controleert of alle onderdelen aanwezig zijn en bespreekt mogelijke ontbrekende stukken met je collega.
  • Je telt materialen en onderdelen handmatig.
  • Je werkt zonder computer en houdt het overzicht op een praktische manier.
  • Je springt bij waar nodig en werkt nauw samen met collega's uit het atelier en andere afdelingen.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een no-nonsense bedrijf met een klein en hecht magazijnteam. Je wordt de derde persoon binnen het team en werkt nauw samen met de collega die de bestellingen plaatst.

Hier wordt niet blindelings gepickt. Samen bekijken jullie of bestellingen technisch kloppen en of alle nodige onderdelen aanwezig zijn. Tijdens drukke periodes springen collega's uit het atelier bij, waardoor je soms met een groter team in het magazijn staat.

Als magazijnmedewerker ben je bovendien een belangrijke schakel tussen de verschillende afdelingen. Daarom is een goede sfeer en vlotte samenwerking hier minstens zo belangrijk als je technische kennis.

  • Je hebt ervaring met een heftruck; dit is noodzakelijk. Een attest kan eventueel via de werkgever behaald worden.
  • Ervaring met een reachtruck is mooi meegenomen, maar kan je ook intern aanleren.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kunt logisch nadenken over materialen en bestellingen.
  • Je ziet zelf wanneer er mogelijk een onderdeel ontbreekt en denkt hierover mee.
  • Je bent stipt en betrouwbaar.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, want iedereen binnen het team communiceert in het Nederlands.
  • Je bent sociaal, collegiaal en werkt graag samen met verschillende collega's.
  • Je bent iemand die graag werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zijn taken.
