Solliciteren Bij een van de zorglocaties in jouw portefeuille ligt een offerte klaar voor vervanging van de liftinstallatie. Je bespreekt met de property manager hoeveel budget er is voor groot onderhoud, want een project van deze omvang vraagt om jouw sturing. Jij bent in charge van de technische kant van je portefeuille, bewaakt het MJOP en houdt de budgetten scherp in de gaten. Als Technisch Manager werk je aan een portefeuille van bedrijfsmatig zorgvastgoed: zorgcomplexen, zorgboulevards en praktijken. Jij zorgt dat deze gebouwen technisch op orde blijven, zodat de zorgverleners die er werken zich kunnen focussen op waar het écht om gaat. Dit ga je doen: - Onderhoudsopdrachten verstrekken aan leveranciers - Begrotingen beoordelen en opstellen - Onderhoudswerkzaamheden aanbesteden, begeleiden en uitvoeren binnen budget - Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers binnen jouw portefeuille - Inspecties uitvoeren en de technische staat van de complexen bewaken - Uitvoering geven aan het MJOP Dit ben jij: Je hebt interesse in techniek en vastgoed en voelt je thuis in een rol waarin onderhoud, kwaliteit en samenwerking samenkomen. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, houdt overzicht over meerdere projecten tegelijk en schakelt moeiteloos met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en collega's.
